Things To Bring To Rehabilitation

What Can I Have With Me In Therapy

There are certain items that are not allowed in a rehab facility and so when checking in, you need to be sure which ones are allowed.

Rehab centres have strict policies in place regard what an inpatient can bring with him or her. Majority of them has a prescribed essential list and exceptions to bring with you during your stay at the centre.

The admission process begins as soon as you check in. Part of the procedure is the inspection of your personal effects to make sure that there are no contrabands and other prohibited objects are smuggled in. While other centres provide you with the checklist of what you can bring.

Only the things that you really require are allowed in the centres. However, each rehab has its own conditions on what they allow and what is not allowed.

Will My Property Be Handed Over If It Was Confiscated Upon Admission

Your property will always be safe. You close relative will be advised to go back with these items. Someone you trust can also come to pick them up from the facility. Your objects can be kept at the centre until you finish your therapy.

You are likely to travel alone if you are commuting by air and so there won't be anyone to take the prohibited items home.
